Brian embarked on his career in the building industry in 1996 and transitioned into multifamily construction in 2012. While occasionally taking on an owner’s representative role, he has predominantly served as an in-house contractor for St. Louis-based developers.  As a licensed general contractor, he has contributed to the development and execution of multifamily projects from pre-construction through lease-up, resulting in the delivery of over 4,000 residential units across 10 states.

Brian’s focus on value engineering, logistics, and constructability has led him to collaborate with carefully selected design teams and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. His experience partnering with development owners has helped inform the building process, where a project’s success goes beyond construction completion and extends to the optimization of operating costs and overall build quality.
