Caleb joined TriStar in 2022 coming from Altus Properties, a St. Louis private equity real estate investment company. At Altus Properties, as the Director of Portfolio Management, Caleb was responsible for overseeing a 4.3 million square feet real estate portfolio including industrial, multifamily, retail and office investments. Prior to Altus Properties, he worked as an asset manager for real estate investments at a billion-dollar reinsurance company, RGA. His combined real estate experience spans 10 years and he has been involved in all aspects of the deal lifecycle including acquisition, asset management, financing, and disposition.

 Caleb graduated summa cum laude from the University of Missouri in 2010 obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a real estate and finance emphasis. His wife, daughter and he live in St. Charles, MO where they are active in the local community.
