Kevin Roy

Chief Operating Officer

Kevin joined TriStar in 2025, bringing over two decades of executive leadership in homebuilding, finance and operations. Prior to joining TriStar, he served as Division President at Fischer Homes from 2021 to 2024, where he led the launch and rapid growth of the company’s St. Louis division—establishing it as the second-largest homebuilder in the market within just three years.

From 2016 to 2021, Kevin was the CFO and VP of Sales at Payne Family Homes. During his tenure, he played a key role in driving the company’s growth by more than doubling annual revenues, home closings and net income. Earlier in his career, Kevin worked in public accounting at Deloitte and later served as Corporate Controller for a global manufacturing division of DuPont. Kevin holds an M.A. in Accounting from the University of Missouri and brings a strategic, results-driven approach to every aspect of TriStar’s operations.
