Active in the real estate and development field for over 35 years, Tim has vast experience in the design, construction, and development of real estate. Tim has been involved in a wide range of asset classes, including retail, office, industrial, multifamily, and single-family homes.

Tim has a diploma in architectural design from Ranken Technical College, a BS in Civil Engineering from Missouri S&T, and an MBA from SIU-Edwardsville. When not working, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
